CLIENT: East West Media/TheGrio

An inaugural night honoring icons, leaders and legends impacting the Black community and culture, we were tasked with many event elements including managing guest registration, sponsored activations, a red-carpet experience and event design for the pre- and post- receptions; all while allowing for an efficient event flow.  Since this was the client’s first year of the event, we used our venue expertise and event software knowledge to align with the goals of the client.
