David S. Hargrett,

Media & Entertainment executive David S. Hargrett, Founder & CEO of Affective Music and Produced By 360, is dedicated to shifting the culture and making a massive impact within the entertainment industry. 

A Chicago native, Hargrett started this work as a business student at Florida A&M University.After graduating, he worked in the corporate world doing executing marketing for Volkswagen, Hyundai Motor America and MeadWestvaco. He later moved to New York City, where he honed his business acumen as a freelance marketer.

In 2008, Hargrett launched the marketing firm 360 Total Solutions, which has since evolved into Produced By 360, producing live events, specials, music videos and digital content. The company has produced campaigns for companies across numerous industries, including the NAACP, for whom the agency developed the look and feel for what would become their rebrand. Other clients include, Hyundai, American Red Cross and NAACP Image Awards.


Hargrett founded Affective Music in 2019, which houses GRAMMY-nominated artists Mykal Kilgore and Jamison Ross. This full-service artist management company and record label quickly made a name for itself after Mykal Kilgore’s debut single, “Let Me Go” became GRAMMY nominated and landed on 5 billboard charts in 2020. Since then, it has continued to make its way to the top, with the mission to define the sound of soul music for this era.

With an appreciation for entertainment, Nikki Foster navigates trends in media and live entertainment while leading teams and managing clients in dope collaborations. Nikki is an Atlanta native and graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University (FAMU) with a Bachelor of Science in Broadcast Journalism and serves on the board for HBCU in LA, an Entertainment Industry College Outreach Program (EICOP).


Nikki has worked with various companies, including RadioOne of Atlanta, BET's 106th & Park, Ford Motor Company Multicultural Communications, and Turner International, Inc., formerly known as Turner Broadcasting Systems, Inc. (TBS), where she executive produced and lead creative teams producing global campaigns at Cartoon Network Latin America.


Since, Nikki has relocated to Los Angeles as Head of Execution for Produced By 360 and when asked what’s next for the future, Nikki says, “I hope to emerge as an influential woman in entertainment and continue serve as advocate to the HBCU community.”
